Sometimes you come across a class that you wish you’d known about your whole life. You realise what a difference it would have made if you’d had the information sooner. This is one such class. I may be coming towards the end of my cycles but in the 6 weeks of classes Natalie’s wise and gentle teaching style has taught me so much about what I can do each month to ensure these last years put as much future health ‘in the bank’ as possible. Our bodies are exquisitely complex, and yet the ways in which we can support them are surprisingly simple.

This 6-week online course is designed to de-mystify your menstrual cycle whilst at the same time highlighting its immense wisdom and power as a guiding force.

Over the six classes, wisdom from both Eastern and Western medicine is woven together, with simple yet powerful practices and lifestyle tweaks, to equip you with all you need to move towards hormonal balance and more easeful periods.

You will discover the hidden gems that your menstrual cycle holds for you (even if it is painful or full of uncomfortable symptoms) and learn how to tap into its wisdom to enhance all areas of your life and health.

•Deepen your understanding of your pelvic anatomy and physiology, and discover how to care for your pelvic organs so that you can move towards optimal health.

•Explore how other organ systems of the body influence and impact the smooth flow of your menstrual cycle, and how to create harmony.

• Learn to decipher the often confusing messages from your body during your menstrual cycle, and how to address uncomfortable symptoms.

• Understand key causes of hormonal imbalance that lead to challenging conditions such as PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis and Fibroids, and learn how to regain balance through the foods you eat and self-nourishment techniques.

• Gain the tools to track your cycle and pinpoint your most fertile window each month, which is beneficial for both when trying to conceive and for contraception.

• Learn a deeply nourishing abdominal self-massage sequence to support optimal health and well-being, along with many other self-care practices, which you can do from the comfort of your own home.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR:
The course is designed to support those in the menstruating years, including those in Perimenopause (the 2-10 years before menopause), and what is shared will also support optimal health post-menopausally.

WHEN DOES THE COURSE BEGIN?
Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024 and the following five Tuesdays: July 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th, and August 6th.

~1hr of teaching + 20-30 minutes Q&A
A recording of each class will be available for one week if you aren’t able to make the live calls.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The program purposefully spans a full lunar cycle, and you will be invited to chart your own cycle throughout the six weeks to gain deeper knowledge of the rhythm of your cycle. How to do this will be shared in class 1. If you are not currently having a menstrual cycle, you can chart with the lunar cycle.

Each class will begin and end with a short meditation, visualisation or body-based practice. The main content portion of each class will be accompanied by slides, and nourishing self-care practices will be woven throughout the classes. Resources will also provided via email each week.

Everything shared in this course is easily accessible, with simple, actionable steps that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

During the six weeks, you will be empowered to create positive change in your cycle and in your life.
