Face Reading is one of the original pillars of Chinese Medicine, and is an invaluable diagnostic tool. The earliest facial maps discovered were combined with the facial meridians and acupuncture points, and early texts, such as the Yellow Emperor’s Classic, include numerous references to facial signs as diagnostic indicators. However, in training programs for Acupuncture, Herbs and Shiatsu the degree to which the study of Face Reading is included and explored varies.
One of the greatest advantages of incorporating Face Reading and facial diagnosis into your practice, is the way in which signs on the face show early indications of health imbalances, making it especially useful for preventative medicine.

Natalie trained in Face Reading with Lillian Pearl Bridges, first in Seattle from 2006-2007 and, subsequently, in the UK. During her lifetime, Lillian was considered to be the world’s leading authority on Face Reading and Diagnosis and is credited with bringing this body of ancient knowledge back to the field of Chinese Medicine and introducing it to Western Medicine and Business. It is a great honour for Natalie to carry forward Lillian’s legacy as a faculty member of the Lotus Institute, supporting students undertaking Lillian’s Master Face Reading Program, as well as offering Face Readings and workshops as part of her own practice.
