Tuning into your monthly cycle for optimal vitality
Womb Wise workshops and Womb Wise consultations are designed for women wishing to better understand and balance their menstrual cycles. Many women feel at the mercy of the hormonal changes that occur during their cycles and struggle with challenging symptoms that impact their relationships, their work and their overall quality of life. Conditions such as PMS, painful periods, fibroids, endometriosis and PCOS are increasingly common and can adversely effect fertility and overall health, if the root cause is not effectively addressed. Furthermore, the transition to perimenopause and later menopause can bring its own set of challenges.
If you would like to develop a deeper understanding of your body and it's natural rhythms, Womb Wise is for you. The Womb Wise workshop is a longer, more in depth workshop than Girl's Night In and is packed with valuable information and practical tools to support hormonal balance for greater emotional and physical well-being, all month long. 1-2-1 Womb Wise consultations are also available year round. Due to the popularity of the Girls’ Night In workshop, there are currently no Womb Wise workshops scheduled. Womb Wise 1-2-1 Consultation: £47 for 1hr
A Womb Wise consultation provides the opportunity to discuss your current menstrual health and/or fertility challenges in more depth so that you can better understand what might be the underlying cause of the symptoms. A full health history will be taken prior to the session and we will then talk through what you are experiencing when we meet. Practical recommendations will be made and explained, so that you feel empowered to start making the desired shifts towards greater hormonal balance and physical comfort. Consultations can be in person or via Skype.
