Learn how to live in harmony with your body
"Womb Wise changed how I connect with my body as a woman. Natalie is incredibly knowledgeable about the female reproductive system and taught us information and self care routines that honestly should be taught to all young women as a part of health education. The workshop transformed how I think about my menstrual cycle and female intuition. Instead of getting annoyed that it's that time of the month, I now know how to take care of myself and know how to look for the signs my body may be giving me about what I really need. I highly recommend this workshop to women everywhere, especially those who have irregular or painful periods." JL
Tuning into your monthly cycle for optimal vitality
Womb Wise is designed for women wishing to better understand and balance their menstrual cycle. Many women feel at the mercy of the hormonal changes that occur during their cycles and struggle with challenging symptoms that impact their relationships, their work and their overall quality of life. Conditions such as PMS, painful periods, fibroids, endometriosis or PCOS are increasingly common and can adversely effect fertility, if the root cause is not effectively addressed. Furthermore, the transition to perimenopause and later menopause can bring its own set of challenges.
If you would like to develop a deeper understanding of your body and it's natural rhythms, this workshop is for you. A longer workshop than Girl's Night In, Womb Wise is packed with valuable information and practical tools and tips to support hormonal balance and greater emotional and physical well-being, all month long. (1-2-1 Womb Wise consultations are also available.)
What will I learn?
- Learn how to support your cycle, ease symptoms and nourish yourself with self-care practices, such as abdominal massage.
- Discover just how amazing your womb and ovaries are and harness the gifts of your cycle. You may be amazed about what you weren't taught in school!
- Pinpoint your fertile window each month and learn how to tell if you have ovulated.
- Make sense of the emotional and physical shifts and changes that occur over the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle.
- Become your own health detective, discovering how to assess common hormonal imbalances, understand potential contributing factors and take steps to support hormonal balance.
- Explore how stress impacts your reproductive health and learn how to minimise its effects on your body and ease the transition through perimenopause and menopause.
- Understand the connection between your digestive health and your menstrual cycle and discover how to nourish your body for a greater sense of wellbeing.
- Leave feeling empowered and resourced, with valuable tools to create greater ease all month long.

What women say about Womb Wise:
"Thank you so much for today Natalie, I can't believe how much I didn't know about my own body! x" KK
"It was such a privilege to attend Natalie’s workshop. I felt a real mixture of emotions hearing her words of wisdom on the menstrual cycle: relief that finally I was getting the information I needed to better understand my body and look after myself, a sense of wonder and appreciation for that body, but also a sadness that I had not been given this information 20 years ago when I first started my periods. The knowledge Natalie gave us is incredibly valuable and something every woman should have. It has helped me to make sense of the pain and struggles I’ve been through over the years, begin to understand why it is happening and what I can do about it.
Natalie is a mine of information, and her warmth and kindness make you feel very welcome and safe in discussing what can be a sensitive subject. I came away from the workshop feeling empowered, with a lots of self-care tips to put into practice. Since the workshop I have felt more connected to my body and more aware of the cycle of monthly changes I am going through. Perhaps most precious of all, I am learning to let go of the negativity I’ve often felt towards my cycle and view it as the gift that it is. I can’t thank Natalie enough for the difference she has made to me, my friends and other women." DS
"It has given me a much better understanding about how my body and cycle works, and lots of useful ideas and tips for how to be more in tune with my own body, look after myself and generally be more healthy! I didn't realise how little I knew about what is happening in my own body every month! I feel like every woman should have this information. Thank you so much, Natalie!" (SL)
"I had a pleasure of attending this course on Sunday. It is an absolute must for all women. Natalie is a true expert on the topic and managed to relay information in understandable yet engaging way." JD
"I thought the workshop was brilliant - I had thought I knew my body well and was in touch with my cycle, but realised after the workshop that there was much that I had taken for granted. The workshop left me feeling like I knew my body in a deeper way.
It was such a special day to spend that time thinking about myself and my body and my cycle. Natalie led the workshop with such knowledge and sensitivity and I was left feeling nourished and inspired about how best to manage the peri menopause and the menopause. There was so much that I did not know that now makes sense, about things that have changed in my body since I have turned 40 and I feel confident that I can keep myself well in the following years. Natalie’s knowledge, gentleness and passion for this area of women’s health shone through." TK (Womb Wise for Perimenopause)
"I attended this one day course with Natalie, I found it very informative and feel that this education is essential learning. Natalie has a great wealth of knowledge and a sensitive, relaxed and concise delivery method which makes the day enjoyable and packed to brim with wisdom gained from science and experience that is easy to digest and simple to put into practice. I would recommend this to all women and teenage girls. It is well worth the price."AM
"The information contained in the workshop is invaluable and wisdom all women should know. Natalie is a great example of how such knowledge embodied can bring about great radiant health, vitality and inner and outer harmony." L
"The workshop has given me a much greater understanding and appreciation of my womb and consequently I feel more empowered with respect to my femininity. There are lots of suggestions that I will be following up particularly working with my body during its lunar cycle and using nutrition and massage to help regulate the ups and downs. Thanks Natalie for a fascinating day." NP
"I would highly recommend this course to any woman who would like to improve her menstrual cycles, relieve symptoms, improve her fertility, or simply learn more about her body. I joined Natalie’s course because I wanted to improve my hormonal health, and I also really liked the idea of spending time with other women talking and learning about this central part of our lives that often gets ignored in our culture. I learned a lot, especially regarding foods and the hormonal system. I found the course very rich in information and it inspired me to take better care of myself through nutrition and self-care practices like massage. Moreover, spending time with other women to learn and talk about our health, menstruation and fertility felt really nourishing and empowering." VN
"I joined the class as I wanted to learn practical ideas or tools to help me manage and understand menstrual health. Particularly, a more holistic perspective on women's health, thinking about nutrition, mental and emotional health, lifestyle. The class absolutely met and exceeded my expectations. Natalie has a wealth of information, wisdom and encouragement to offer and share. There was a lot to take in, but the classes were structured in such a way that I felt I could take the learning that I needed. The range of information was really well put together over the course, I felt like each week an extra layer was added on to my understanding. Then in the final sessions we were given tools and practical advice which felt empowering and a great balance to the first two classes.
I really enjoyed the abdominal massage, it was a lovely way to end the classes and is an easy practice to help with good menstrual health. Like so many of Natalie's other suggestions and tools, it is a wonderful way of prioritising self love and self care, and it was very powerful to speak about the importance of making time for this kind of practice.
I have already recommended it to all my friends! I work in a mental health service and think this is something the women I work with really should know about as well. It was also really nice to be able to talk openly in such a calm, safe and caring space about the experiences that affect many of us, yet we do not connect over them, instead internalising them as personal problems. I so enjoyed coming to the class and continue to use what I learnt to better understand my body. Natalie created a really encouraging and gentle space for us all to discuss this valuable and important subject." LS
"The course was thoughtfully planned and delivered with Natalie's natural grace and reassuring presence. She was able to create and hold a safe space for the group to share and discuss thoughts and experiences, reconnecting us to, and honouring, the age-old traditions of female gatherings. It was a joy to return to that space each week.
Her knowledge of the subject is vast and she draws on wisdom from many sources. I left each session with a list of practical steps to take to learn more about my body and my femininity, and perhaps most importantly, I was inspired to delve deeper. I just wonder why I never knew this stuff before. What a difference it could make to the experience of becoming a woman if it were taught in our schools!" OD
"I was recommended the course by a friend. I wanted to gain a better understanding of my cycle. I have very irregular cycles which has always been a concern for me. I hoped to understand how I could take more of an active role in my well being and be able to understand why I experience certain symptoms, particularly PMS and generally feeling low, tired and lacking of motivation during points in my cycle.
All of the above and more were clearly expanded upon in the class and I was very surprised about how little I understood before going on the course. The classes have been very helpful and fully met my needs and more. Thank you" SB
"I joined the workshop for advice on helping balance hormones for fertility and general health, and to learn more about the physical side of our menstruation cycle, and feel nurtured in talking about it with other women.
The workshop was very thorough and detailed, and delivered in an engaging way - a good mix for me of holistic and scientific too.
I found the ideas to help actively reduce stress - self care ideas, handout and energy drain and gains lists - an empowering way for me to look again at ways to not only reduce stress and balance hormones, but to regain some better balance in life in general. An informative, supportive and invaluable way of learning more about ourselves as women and the cycles that we go through, and a great way of learning how to nourish yourself and create better balance in your body and life. - it's such a shame that we aren't taught more of this stuff at school earlier in life!
Thanks very much for providing such a great workshop and delivering it such a brilliant, balanced and supportive way :-) " LC
