Balance your hormones and nourish your body through food
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Hippocrates
Digestive health underpins our physical and mental wellbeing and most dis-ease in the body and the mind can be traced back to underlying imbalances in the gut and/ or nutritional deficiencies, especially when it comes to the menstrual cycle or reproductive issues. However, changing your diet and learning how to cook ‘healthy’, yet tasty meals can feel overwhelming at first, especially with the fast pace of life. Cooking For Inner Nourishment classes take the hard work out of eating well and will teach you easy, practical ways to prepare quick, nourishing and satisfying meals.
Whether you have been given recommendations by a nutritionist or doctor, or you are finding your own path to eating more healthfully, this class will help you to make cooking a more effortless, creative and enjoyable part of your life.

How it works:
Classes take place in your own kitchen, so that it is easy to continue implementing what you have learnt.
You can either buy ingredients in advance, or ingredients can be brought to the class.
A large sharp knife is recommended but we can also work with what you have available.
Classes are 3 hours long and include a free 20 minute call at the time of booking to talk about what you would like to learn.
If you have recipes or recommendations from a nutritionist/doctor, the class can be focused on how to implement them with ease. Or recipes can be provided.
£90 per 3 hour class, for 1:1 class (+ cost of ingredients if you require additional items to be pre-bought for you. Where possible we will use items already in your store cupboard/fridge).
£120 per 3 hour class, for 2 people (+ cost of ingredients if you require additional items to be pre-bought for you. Where possible we will use items already in your store cupboard/fridge).
